3. The Master Plan calls for us to write a Business Plan. Seeking Committee input on:
   1. Frequency of writing the business plan (in addition to other plans we have to write)
   1. Features of items to possibly include in the business plan (borrow the best ideas from the samples shared)
   1. How we measure/ track our successes – and how do we communicate them. 
4. The measuring success will apply to both FY 25-26’s list of things we’re working on (sent with the HW), plus future items yet TBD
5. Next Meeting: September 10, 9:00am, Gaines Auditorium to review Capital Grant Applications
6. Adjourn
