The Visit Haywood Ice Fest Weekend was named as a 2025 Signature Event of the Southeast winner by the Southeast Tourism Society! The 3rd annual Visit Haywood Ice Fest Weekend returns with 4 days of county-wide events , January 29th – February 1st, 2026.
We invite business partners to participate in Ice Fest Weekend in one (or more) of the following ways:
Create an icy food/drink special, host a mini-event, or offer an in-store discount during Ice Fest Weekend and receive a listing on VisitHaywood.com/IceFest
2026 Ice Fest Weekend Promotions
Apply to be a vendor at the Ice Extravaganza in Maggie Valley, Saturday January 31, 2026. The deadline to apply is end of day November 11th, 2025.

Purchase a custom ice sculpture to be displayed at either the Ice Block Party in Downtown Waynesville, or at the Ice Extravaganza at the Maggie Valley Festival Grounds.
