The HCTDA is funded through a 4% occupancy tax placed on all short term (less than 90 days) rentals in Haywood County.  3% of the funding goes directly to the TDA for the purpose of marketing Haywood County as a destination.

The HCTDA receives occupancy tax collections numbers two months behind the current month. The reports below reflect the two month lag.
